BrightFORUM was designed specifically for the higher education sector. Higher education establishments can manage their events in Salesforce and simplify the booking process with BrightFORUM. The solution connects data throughout the student journey in Salesforce, allowing for improved engagement throughout the student lifecycle.

BrightFORUM is an events management tool specifically designed for the higher education sector. It allows events managers or student services to manage the operations of their events without leaving Salesforce. Finalised during the coronavirus lockdown, BrightFORUM incorporates both virtual and physical events. Events managers can create forms and surveys, such as for COVID-19 checks, dietary requirements or post-event feedback. Importantly, BrightFORUM maps event attendee data to Salesforce leads and contacts, reducing manual data transfer and enabling the 360 view of the student.
BrightFORUM will be tailored for other industry sectors on demand.
