Summary of Role:


The IT EA Senior Manager – Salesforce will manage the global IT Customer Facing and Design Enablement team. The candidate will be responsible for setting standards, guidelines and procedures for GF Salesforce platform using industry best practices, designing, overseeing configuration and development initiatives of Salesforce for a wide variety of business needs. He/she also should work closely with Sales and Design Enablement team to manage the business requirements and ensure the IT smooth deployment & implementation.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a Global IT team with members in US, Singapore, and India.
  • Provide architecture strategy and guidance for all Salesforce rollouts
  • Manage business requirements and architecture solutions that best leverage Salesforce.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce capabilities
  • Able to interact with business stakeholders and provide guidance to IT team for translating business requirements into technical and design solutions
  • Proactively seek out new Salesforce features and capabilities and works with GF Salesforce community to develop and execute a roadmap for adding these features for the organization.
  • Ability to lead projects in Agile methodology
  • Good with software development lifecycle practices and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems or equivalent of at least 15 years practical relevant work experience. Have Salesforce Advanced Admin and App Builder certificates and kept them up to date. Technical Architect certification preferred.

  • Expert level understanding and 8+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Financial and Community Clouds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

  • Extensive knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems

  • Extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)

  • Expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development

  • Experience managing the project delivery of CRM implementations within a consulting environment, preferably implementations

  • Experience working on Salesforce platform with end-to-end implementation experience. Previous experience leading the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects is desirable. Solid knowledge with several technologies including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.

  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

  • 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce Architecture and consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce

  • Solid understanding of architecture and API’s

  • Strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Able to multitask and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with all levels of management, including executive and cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
