As a key member of the technology team, you maintain and improve the Bradley-Morris and RecruitMilitary Salesforce instance assuming responsibility for data quality, system configuration and user support to achieve business objectives within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will interact multiple department stakeholders to test and implement solutions designed by the enterprise systems team to solve complex business problems.

Primary responsibilities:


*Serve as primary helpdesk troubleshooting expert. Field and respond to inquiries submitted via the ticketing system

*Perform basic administrative functions including user account setup, creation of reports and dashboards, troubleshooting workflow automation, user interface maintenance, project administration and other routine tasks

*Act as a liaison between our users, stakeholders and development teams to document technical requirements

*Propose and implement enhancements that will improve the performance, reliability and functionality of the company Salesforce deployment

*Monitor the system for configuration changes and improve data quality using data quality tools

*Assist in user training and issue resolution with an emphasis on growth of collective Salesforce organizational knowledge

*Manage various Salesforce projects and initiatives as directed by the enterprise systems team

Preferred skills:

*Strong understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation tools

*Excellent project management skills

*Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests

*Creative and analytical thinker with an emphasis on attention to detail

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective communication at all levels of the organization

*Solid data management, problem solving and process improvement skills

*Military experience preferred; this role will require communicating with a very specialized community and will be a key element to successfully engaging with our employees

Required qualifications:

*Salesforce Certified Administrator credential within 6 months of start date

*Ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
