U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineer who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey.
As our CRM Technical Architect/Lead/Developer, you will uniquely contribute to US Bank’s Wealth Management organization. You’ll focus on designing and developing applications. You’ll be responsible for helping develop the architecture and implementation plan for our transition to Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. You will bring a broad experience in CRM and your contributions will help US Bank increase productivity, realize efficiencies and increase profitable CS experiences. We’re looking for people who are passionate about the developing web-scale applications in the cloud.
Basic Qualifications Preferred Skills/Experience

8 years’ experience developing CRM solutions, the majority with Salesforce.

5+ years in a Salesforce development role, including Apex and Visualforce development, lightning web components and aura bundles.

Experience in lightning web components, aura bundles, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
-
Certifications: Developer and Administrator is MUST; Advanced Developer or Technical Architect is preferable

Multiple full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong experience in Service Cloud.

Demonstrated experience with at least two large scale full life cycle of CRM solutions.

Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, with an emphasis on Service Cloud.
-
Proficiency in Sales, Service, Communities, and Marketing Cloud
-
Hands on development and architecture experience with Sales Cloud
-
Experience w/ Publishing Objects in Salesforce to Salesforce * Experience developing applications to run in a large-scale environment.

Experience with CRM applications; specifically, Sales Force Service Cloud.

Strong demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce development, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies (including CI/CD).

Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape. Ability to identify gaps between current and future state,

Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting).

Strong demonstrated understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies in a production setting.

Achieved relevant Salesforce certificates (Admin, Developer, Architect)

Experience integrating Salesforce with REST APIs and RESTful Web Services.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations on tasks.

Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration.

Ability to lead and mentor development team.

Experience working in an Agile development environment. Scrum experience preferred.
